Price and Specs of Nokia Lumia 900 in UK 2012

Nokia Lumia 900; this new DC-HSPA variant is fresh to MWC 2012 today. Out goes LTE and in comes Dual-Cell HSPA, using carrier aggregation in the downlink with networks that support it, with the promise of up to 42Mbps downloads, in theory at least. No user will ever actually see that speed, but they will get to use the huge display, 8-megapixel camera with 720p HD video capture.

At MWC 2012, Nokia has announced that the Nokia Lumia 900 will be expanded to other countries, with a non-LTE version arriving for the UK market.

The phone has been enough of a hit in the US market to be expanded, with Canada getting the full version and other markets to get a special version.

Nokia confirmed that the only change to the new version would be the lack of LTE support, meaning that the premium Windows Phone 7 option is now going to be available for the UK.

There are Five Types of New Smartphone 2012 by Nokia while anounced at Mobile World Congress 2012 in Barcelona. All of Nokia New Smartphone 2012 is using Windows Mobile OS.

Nokia has revealed a bevy of phones that opened new doors in developing markets, pushed the envelope for Windows Phone pricing, and busted the smartphone camera segment right open.

Five Types of Nokia New Smartphone 2012 and Nokia new applications 2012, they are :

1. Nokia 808 PureView

Nokia was readying a high-resolution cameraphone but the 41-megapixel Nokia 808 PureView still came as a huge surprise. Based on Nokia Belle, the 808 PureView offers either up to 38-megapixel stills or roughly 5- to 8-megapixel versions which pack the detail from up to eight pixels to every one in the final frame.

The end result is 1080p HD recording in which you can zoom up to four times without any loss of resolution, along with super-rich detailed images. Best of all PureView technology is coming to more than just the 808, though Nokia is keeping quiet on exact product plans

2. Nokia Lumia 610

Nokia Lumia 610; Nokia’s entry-level Windows Phone may not have the ClearBlack AMOLED display of the Lumia 800 or the LTE of the Lumia 900, but it does have a bargain price tag. At €189 pre-tax and subsidies, it’s a new low for Microsoft’s platform

3. Nokia Lumia 900

Has unannounced 7.7″ quad-core Tegra 3 tablet from Toshiba with the name AT270 : Toshiba AT270 Tablet 7.7". This ultra-thin and blazing fast tablet was extremely impressive and one of the thinnest tablets we’ve seen here — not to mention running on a quad-core and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

Toshiba AT270 Tablet 7.7" Specs : display as a 1280 x 800 AMOLED HD panel and from our initial impressions that is most likely what we have here. The 7.7″ screen was extremely vivid and crisp, as were the games being played on it thanks to the power of the NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor. Toshiba’s previous tablets have been a little on the fatter side, so to not only see a thin tablet, but one of the thinnest of the entire show has us extremely impressed.

Toshiba AT270 Tablet 7.7" also have the 3.5mm headphone jack, and this was throughout the entire tablet — not just on the edges. The device was constructed of a solid and durable feeling lightweight aluminum with a textured back and no other details were available on this prototype device. With a rear facing camera and micro-SD slots on board this should be a great all around tablet.

Toshiba AT270 Tablet 7.7"

We can assume that along with the Tegra 3 quad-core we have 1GB of RAM and between 16-64GB of internal storage. Packing all those specs into such a thin chassis really was impressive to hold and during use. Not only is this prototype AT270 tablet amazingly thin but it was also exceptionally lightweight.

According to the press sheet the ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity 700 will come with two variations. A quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 powered WiFi only edition, as well as the dual-core 1.5 GHz S4 powered by Qualcomm rocking 3G/4G LTE capabilities. Other than those key differences everything else remains the same and this tablet looks amazing in person. Seriously pictures don’t do justice for the 1920 x 1200 full HD display they’ve manage to pack into this slate.

The Sony Xperia U is the runt of the new Sony Xperia range. It's certainly a minnow compared to some of the gigantic blowers on the market these days but what it lacks in stature it more than makes up for by packing in a nifty 1GHz dual-core chip.

The stand out design feature of the Xperia U is a toss up between its transparent strip near the base which pulses with different coloured lights depending on what you're looking at -- shades of light are selected to match the hues of particular photos from the gallery or the album art of the music you're listening to.

Sony Experia U Review : Display and hardware

The Xperia U has 3.5 inch screen -- the same size as Apple's iPhone 4S/4. Not everyone wants a supersized smart phone so that's where the Xperia U comes in to Sony's new range.

Sony has added the mobile version of its Bravia TV technology to Xperia U. Colours certainly looked vibrant and even jewel-like on the demo devices I saw.

On the back of the U there's a 5 megapixel camera which is a typical amount of megapixels for a mid-range device. There's also a front facing camera for making video calls

The Xperia U will run Android Gingerbread at launch. It's definitely a shame Sony hasn't stuck Ice Cream Sandwich on from the get go but it does say the U will get a ICS update during Q2 -- so hopefully it will arrive without any big delays.

On the sample I was looking at the menus zipped around nippily enough, however it was not the final build of the software and there were clearly still some bugs in it with several apps crashing on boot up. When we get the final U in for review we'll be sure to put the software through its paces.

Sony Experia U Review : Outlook

There's no word on price yet but rest assured the Xperia U will be the cheapest device in Sony's new, Ericsson-less Xperia range. For Droid lovers looking for a more budget handset that doesn't compromise where it counts on power and performance the Xperia U could be a serious contender.
